I agree to pay Tara McGillicuddy, Director of ADDClasses.com $27 per month for the ADD Action Club which will automatically be charged to my credit card each month. I will be charged every 30 days and my membership starts on the date I sign up and give my payment information.
I understand that I must contact ADDClasses.com in writing by email at least 3 business days before the next billing date to cancel my membership. It is also my responsibility request a confirmation of cancellation notice from ADDClasses.com.
I understand that Tara McGillicuddy, Terry Matlen, Becca Colao, and ADDClasses.com are not responsible for any decisions I make after joining the ADD Action Club. The ADD Action Club provides coaching. It does not provide mental health counseling or psychotherapy.
I understand that the ADD Action Club uses a web-based text format (typing and reading) and there will not be any audio component.
